I’ve seen tougher times in Architecture than we have at present. Like most things the right strategy to adopt is critical.

For the last 18 months we have been urging towards the renovation and consolidation of houses, offices and businesses in 2009 & 2010. This suits the cycle and will see fabulous solutions that inspire, make budgetary sense, are buildable at the right cost and time, and provide the next leap forward.

We are seeing a lot of successful people adopting this counter-cyclical strategy that will also take advantage of the lowest interest rates we will see in our lifetimes.

Action is the way forward and to take advantage.
